ROTARY TRANSFER MACHINES

Rotary Transfer Machines are unsurpassed for machining high volume complex fittings. The specialized machines allow for cross drilling, cross taping and intricate contours. They can manufacture from material 1/4 to 2 ½" in diameter and up to 6" in length.

CNC MACHINES

CNC, (Computer Numerical Control), machines are best suited for low volumes and prototypes. They allow for fast setup and work well with complex designs. CNCs can work with material ¼ to 4" in diameter up to 10" in length.

MULTI SPINDLE SCREW MACHINE

Multi Spindle Screw Machines are best suited for straight symmetric fittings and products such as nuts and barbs at medium to high volumes. Manufactured from material diameters ¼ to 3" and up to 6" in length.
